With religious and philosophical beliefs that don’t much align with that of the current West, and experiences of family living off the grid going through a natural resource crisis, I developed a strong anti capitalist view. From twice incarcerated in WA penitentiaries for deliveries, IV coke addiction, to vagabond with no future and life expectancy below 24 to ~$300/minute retail stock investor. Despite the values of American society, it is my belief life’s material and social status are meaningless to the true spiritual and emotional castles to be procured. Humans should be judged off their upholding of moral and values, rather than their accomplishments. With global warming and all the problems that arrived from industrial capitalism, one can only hope humans strive to do less, rather than more, in any hustle that causes disharmony with ahimsa.
That being said, it is through my life experiences and survival to take the knowledge, skills, and wisdom gained along the way, build upon, and compile and share it to as many who can use it as possible. Being heavily profiled I take an effort to direct my digital art, data analysis goals, and activism to focus on social justice and racial/and other profiling from authorities. Using digital media and art to spread awareness and data to observe, strategize, and hopefully even prosecute and regulate a new begging for social justice.
